How different are both the cars? Are there noticeable characteristics or do they drive quite similarly?
DTM is a silhouette series, so apart from body shell and engine they are identical. The engines produce the same power which is restricted in the same way, so any drivability differences should be negligible. Pick whichever one you prefer the look of. :)

They are very difficult cars to drive, being able to do 5 consecutive laps is a challenge. How much is your hot lap?

Mod Edit: No lap times please. Thanks.

Except those do not take account of fuel loads, tyre wear, or tyre temperatures, so they're not all that indicative of what you can expect during a race. Qualy maybe.
I usually look for Calvyn's time on leaderboard and add 1-2sec to that (depending of class). If my best race time in AI practice is close to that I'm happy. Then on Saturday night I get another speed bump, while being pushed by others to do better.
