That's also very true indeed, that's why if no one is going to make even one of them at all, then I'm deciding to opt for the 3rd realistic option you wrote by next year once I will learn 3D modeling and modding completely.Requesting a car if fine (even if its highly unlikely to ever be responded to), and asking for it to be made from scratch rather than converted is a very good thing indeed.
But lets be realistic.
Modders almost never respond to requests. We don't sit around with no idea what to create, just waiting for a good idea. In fact its the very opposite - we already have way too many ideas, and not enough time to actually execute them.
And modding (the free stuff that is), is a hobby - it has to be fun. So we are not gonna do the bidding of others, we make what we want to make, and if others like it its simply a bonus. If they don't, who cares.
So requesting a car or track in my view is a pointless task. Not saying don't do it, just know that 99% of the time it will go ignored.
If you want a piece of content ingame you have 3 realistic options;
1 - Wait until a modder just happens to make something that coincidentally aligns with your preferences (could be waiting a lifetime).
2 - Commission it (don't be surprised when the price is higher than you imagined).
3 - Learn to make it yourself (best option, as you will appreciate how insane these requests suddenly seem).
Yeah, I am that crazy. XD
